What is Integrated Energy Therapy?

Defining Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

Integrated Energy Therapy is an energy healing modality that helps remove trauma that is stored within the body. It was developed by Reiki master Stevan J. Thayer in the 1990’s. This energy modality channels the angelic energy of Archangel Ariel. The practitioner uses the healing angelic energy to help release mental, physical, and spiritual negative blockages within the client’s cells and replaces the blockages with loving, positive healing energy.

What Happens During an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Session?

The practitioner first establishes a “heart link” with the archangel Ariel so that energy can safely be channeled during the session. Next, the practitioner will gently hover or touch nine different areas of the body where negative energy and trauma are stored. Usually the practitioner will work on one area for 1-5 minutes depending on how much releasing needs to occur. Next, the practitioner removes the stored negative energy from these areas. After the emotional blockages are released, beautiful warm positive angelic energy is integrated into the areas, clearing the cells of negative energy. The session is done fully clothed, and clients often describe feeling warm, relaxed, and lighter after their session is complete. Many report that they are able to sleep better as well.

While every body is different, it is recommended to have 2-6 sessions to feel the full effects of IET.

Shamanic Energy Healing

Shamanic energy healing is rooted in indigenous and ancient spiritual traditions. In this practice, a shaman or practitioner interacts with the spirit world and natural energies to diagnose and heal imbalances or illness. Techniques may include drumming, chanting, and engaging with spirit guides. This practice often focuses on healing the soul to affect the body and mind.
